EXCHANGE & STORE CREDIT POLICY

Due to the limited and exclusive pieces offered at Foreign Closet, we are unable to offer any REFUNDS at this time! If your size is available we can offer an exchange. If your selected style is unavailable then we will offer a store credit via e-Gift card through an email.

*Customers returns/exchange window of 14 days from the fulfillment date.

*Store credits are only valid for 90 days (three months from the initial purchase date).

We will update you every step of the way (via email or text). Please allow 3-5 business days for exchanges and store credits to be processed. We will contact you directly with the next best steps (whether a exchange or store credit is available).

Please note:

  • All and any sale/discounted items are FINAL SALE.
  • Regular priced and unworn items are ONLY eligible for an exchange or store credit within 14 days of the original order date. All exchanged items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any exchanged items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in ineligibility to receive an exchange or store credit. Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.
