DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES & INVALID ADDRESSES

Damaged Policy

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, we first want to apologize for this rare occurrence. We can assure you that this matter is a priority that we are happy to resolve.

Please email photos of the damages or wrong item to "cs@foreigncloset.com." Foreign Closet must be notified within two days of delivery. Any damages or wrong items reported after this grace period will be ineligible for an exchange or store credit.

 

Lost/Missing Package Policy:

If the delivery carrier (USPS) has updated your parcel as delivered but you have not received the package to the shipping address on file.  Please contact the delivery courier. Then check with your neighbors, parcel locker, or leasing office/front desk first. If the parcel is still not found, please contact us via at “cs@foreigncloset.com” with your name, the order number and a brief description of your incident. We will gladly assist you and help provide you with a solution.

 

Invalid Shipping Address Policy:

Please make sure the shipping address used during checkout is a valid address. It is the customer's responsibility to input a correct shipping address. You will have up to 2 business days or the second delivery attempt to reach out to update us. After the second attempt, no refunds or exchanges will be given or granted.
